Watch: 11,304 dancers and drummers perform Assam's Bihu dance, set two world records

Assam's traditional Bihu dance has scripted history by setting world records and entering the Guinness Book.

Sharing the news on Twitter on April 13, CM Himanta Biswa Sarma informed that on the eve of PM Modi's visit to the state, 11,304 dancers and drummers performed Bihu at the Sarusajai Stadium in Guwahati.

There were over 7,000 dancers and more than 3,00 drummers and musicians from across the state. 

The record for the largest Bihu dance performance and the largest performance by traditional folk musicians with was set on Thursday.
