A 120-foot-tall chariot collapsed on April 6 during a religious event in rural Bengaluru. Thousands of devotees, from around 10 villages, had thronged to Huskur Madduramma temple to participate in the annual chariot festive when the incident occurred. Luckily, no devotee was injured. 

The Huskur Madduramma fair is a popular annual chariot festival, where these chariots are the main attraction.
