S Jaishankar and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari greeted each other with a brief 'namaste' before posing for the cameras.
Jaishankar greeted the other SCO foreign ministers in a similar fashion, including Sergey Lavrov of Russia, Qin Gang of China, and Uzbekistan's Bakhtiyor Saidov, among others.
