Watch: Mahua Moitra recalls time when women Constitution-makers rejected reservation

TMC MP Mahua Moitra while speaking on the women's reservation bill in the Lok Sabha recalled that when the Constitution was being drafted, the 15 women who had been elected as members of the Constituent Assembly had refused a gender-specific quota.
