Not for Ratan Singh Sonal. Meet 55-year-old ITBP Commandant who can clock 65, yes 65, push-ups in one go at the freezing heights of Ladakh.

In video shared by ITBP, Ratan Singh Sonal is seen doing push-ups surrounding by snow all around in Ladakh.

ITBP jawans operate in very tough weather conditions to guard India's northern borders. In the Ladakh border regions, temperature can drop to minus 40 degrees in winters. And maintaining this level of fitness is no easy task. Hats off to soldiers like Ratan Singh Sonal.
