India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations TS Tirumurti on Friday walked out of the UN General Assembly Hall when Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan began his speech.
He later tweeted to say Imran Khan's statement at the 75th UN General Assembly is a 'new diplomatic low'. Adding that a befitting reply awaits, he said the speech was another litany of vicious falsehoods, personal attacks, warmongering and obfuscation of Pakistan’s persecution of its own minorities and of its cross-border terrorism.
Pakistan Prime Minister in a scathing speech lashed out at India, targeting the govt of persecuting minorities, he cautioned against rising Islamophobia across the world. He also raked up the world community's attention towards the human rights violations by the Indian government in Kashmir.
