CSK will look to consolidate their place in the top 2 of IPL 2021 as they take on a bottom-placed SRH in Sharjah on Thursday.

MS Dhoni's men have won 8 of its 10 games so far and are all but through to the playoffs. They would still want to address their middle order woes before the next stage. Hyderabad on the other hand ended its losing run with a win vs Rajasthan but with just 2 wins from 10 games, their chances of making it to the playoffs are less then 1%.

Moreover, Chennai Super Kings have history on their side as well. They have won 12 of the 16 games against the Sunrisers and also beat them in the India leg earlier this year.
