A day after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and other members of his party walked out of a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Defence, Union Minister Prakash Javdekar called it 'disrespect to the system'.

Hardeep Singh Puri also slammed Rahul Gandhi saying he was engaging in “antics” instead of observing the solemnity of the occasion of the anniversary of India’s win over Pakistan in the 1971 war.

As per reports, Rahul had alleged that the panel’s time was being wasted in discussing armed forces’ uniform instead of the crucial issue of national security.
