Amid the farmers' unrest, the BJP government in Haryana is facing a no-confidence motion. While chief minister ML Khattar has claimed that there is no threat to the government, an MLA of its ally JJP has put the Khattar govt on notice. Devender Singh Babli has said that MLAs can't enter villages because of farmers' anger over the new laws. The JJP MLA told news agency ANI that Dushyant Chautala's party should withdraw support to the BJP govt if the farmers' issues are not resolved within 15 days. JJP's 10 MLAs are crucial to the majority of the Khattar govt.

The situation is such that people don't let us enter the villages. Either the govt should resolve farmer's issue in the next 15 days otherwise we must take back our support," the JJP MLA told ANI.
