'KGF Chapter 2' has a release date: know when Yash, Sanjay Dutt-starrer hit theatres

Kannada star Yash's much-awaited film 'KGF: Chapter 2' finally has a release date.

The team took announced on social media that 'KGF: Chapter 2' will release next year in theaters on April 14.

Director Prashanth Neel and superstar Yash tweeted,  'The uncertainties of today will only delay their resolve, but the eventuality is as promised and they will be out in theaters on April 14, 2022'.

The movie was earlier supposed to be released in July this year but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Apart from Yash, Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt will be seen as the lead antagonist Adheera in 'KGF Chapter 2'.

Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon will also make a comeback with the film. She will be portraying the character of Ramika Sen, the politician with lots of grey shades in the character.

Directed by Prashanth Neel, 'KGF 2' will be released in multiple languages including Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.

Meanwhile, Filmmaker Prashanth Neel on Friday announced that the film's global satellite rights in all south-Indian languages has been parked with Zee.
