After winning hearts and the Bigg Boss 17 trophy, Munawar Faruqui has now purchased himself a luxurious apartment in Mumbai.
According to a report by Times Now, the comedian has bought a property, located in the upscale neighbourhood of Wadala for Rs. 6.09 crore.
According to the report, Faruqui’s new residence is located in Lodha Aura, an upscale, under-construction project by Macrotech Developers Limited.
The 40-storey tower features luxurious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The transaction, finalised in September 2024, came with a stamp duty of Rs 36.6 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
Wadala has emerged as a prime real estate hotspot and is well-known for its blend of residential and commercial developments.
Recently, Deepika Padukone, Aryan Khan and Triptii Dimri also bought luxurious apartments in plush neighbourhoods of Mumbai.
