With summer comes the problem of perspiration. And many of us sweat a lot more than others and body odour makes it even worse. So, here are some tips you can follow to prevent body odour.
Drink at least 3 liters of water daily to keep body heat under control and to prevent dehydration.
Never miss bathing in summer. Due to sweat, dirt accumulates on our body clogging the pores which is the major reason behind body odour.
Always have a soft handkerchief or tissue handy to wipe yourself dry.
Even though we apply perfumes and deododrants on regular basis, it is mandatory to apply them during summers.
It is recommended to always keep a pocket perfume or a deo in your bag whenever you step outside. But keep in mind, use perfume only on clothes and not on your body.
