How chia seeds are beneficial for the skin

Hydration: Chia seeds can absorb up to 10 times their weight in water, helping to keep your skin hydrated. Proper hydration is essential for maintaining skin elasticity and preventing dryness and flakiness.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory properties. These fats help reduce skin redness and inflammation, making them beneficial for conditions like acne and rosacea.

Antioxidants: Chia seeds contain antioxidants like vitamin E and selenium, which help protect the skin from free radical damage. This can slow down the ageing process and keep the skin looking youthful.
