There are many reasons which can cause facial redness like sun damage, acne, weather conditions, allergies among others. Face redness can be irritating and uncomfortable and it's important to know the real reason behind it.
Recently, Dr Dimple Jangda posted a few tips on Instagram to heal redness on face.
- Aloe vera has inflammatory and wound-healing properties that will help reduce the red patches faster.
- Cold compresses helps soothe inflammation. Soak a clean cloth in ice water and place it on the affected areas for 10 minutes.
- Green tea also has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Boil 2-3 tea leaves and let them cool down. Soak a clean cloth in it and apply it on the affected areas.
- Coconut oil contains lauric acid which has antifungal properties. Take 1 teaspoon of slightly warm coconut oil and apply it for an hour.
