How good are sheet masks for our skin? Here's what expert reveals

Skin enthusiasts are obsessing over sheet masks these days but the question is are they really good for the skin? Dr. Jushya Sareen answered this question on Instagram. 

In the video, she explained that there are just two sheet masks which are actually good. One is Hyaluronic Acid sheet mask which provides hydration and the other one is Salicylic Acid sheet mask which helps control oil formation on our skin.

However, the sheet masks' effect on the skin is not long-lasting and is temporary. She further said that serums are much better than sheet masks as they can help you deal with skin problems and they have a long-lasting effect. She concluded by saying that these masks can be used only once in a while.
