This special recipe shared by Aditi Rao Hydari is a must try for every egg lover. The 'Heeramandi' actor once in an interview had shared this easy peasy recipe. To make it you will need easily available ingredients.

  • 1 Onion
  • Green chilies
  • 2-3 Eggs 
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Red chili powder
  • Cumin (jeera)
  • Salt

Here's the recipe for it. Chop the onion in half moon shape. Add them in heated oil in a pan followed by ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Cook them well till the onion turns light pink. Now hatch, lay the eggs on the mixture and cook them on low flame for two minutes.

Meanwhile, make a chutney by adding garlic, red chili powder, cumin, salt in a mixer and grind them lightly. Now pour it over the eggs and serve with roti or paratha.
