On the occasion of Ashtami and Navami, devotees prepare kale chane, halwa and puri. To make kale chane within a few minutes, here's an easy recipe. This year, Chaitra Durgashtami falls on the 16th of April 2024 and Navami on the 17th of April.
Boil kale chane with water and a little salt in the cooker for 10-15 minutes. Now, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and boiled kale chane to it. After this, add coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and mango powder to it and cook it on low flame for three to five minutes. Your kale chane is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve!
