Ingredients
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 8 to 10
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Grated raw mango - 1 cup
Rice
Salt
Add coriander leaves
To make this delicious mango recipe, grate some raw mango. Meanwhile, cook your rice. Now fry cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and dry red chilli in a pan. Now grind everything in a mixer and make powder.
Next heat oil in a pan and fry gram, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves in it.
Now add ground spices, grated mango, cooked rice and salt as per taste and mix everything well. Your delicious mango masala rice is ready!
