How to make 3-ingredient jam at home

To make this jam you need, 1 cup frozen berries, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey.

To make this easy recipe, add frozen berries to a saucepan and heat until warm and juicy. Next, mash the berries with a fork or potato masher. Add the lemon juice, chia seeds and mix well. Add some sweetener if needed. Let the jam simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat. After it has cooled, transfer it to an airtight container.
