The holy month of Ramadan is almost about to end and preparations for Eid have already begun. And when we mention Eid how can we forget seviyan (vermicelli sweet pudding)? Here’s a quick 3 step recipe for you to try seviyan at home.
1. Add 2 spoons of desi ghee in a pan and roast 100 grams of vermicelli in it
2. After this, heat 600 ml milk in a pan and add 3 spoons of sugar, 3-4 saffron threads and 5 cardamoms to it.
3. Now add the roasted vermicelli into it and serve. Garnish it with some dry fruits.
