Soma offers various dishes, from dumplings to pav bhaji without onions and garlic. From hospital patients to customers from outside, many visit the cafe regularly.
The Ayurvedic Kitchen is also being hailed as the first Ayurvedic Kitchen in India.
Speaking to News18, Dr. Himanshu revealed that almost all the dishes they offer are homemade and fresh. He added that they founded Soma restaurant to promote the fusion of Ayurveda and food.
The restaurant also offer vada pao made with ragi, which has cooling effect on the body according to ayurveda. You can also eat healthy vadas which are made with potatoes and moong dal. He said, "Vada Pao at our restaurant is recommended for the people who are suffering from Kapha Dosha."
According to Ayurveda, Kapha Dosha is for those personality who tend to remain lazy and relaxed throughout the day.
The dumplings served here are also offered with a blend of wheat, beetroot, and a medley of ricotta, cottage cheese and spinach.
Soma Ayurvedic Kitchen is located at Shalimar Bagh in Delhi and open seven days a week.
