You need 1.25 cups water, 1/2 cup jaggery, 3 Tbsp ghee, 1/2 cup ragi flour, cardamom powder and dry fruits of your choice. You can also arrange some melon seeds for garnishing.

To make this easy recipe, take 1.25 cups water and add jaggery. Heat the mixture till the jaggery melts completely. In a different pan, take 3 tablespoons of ghee. Heat it and add 1/2 cup ragi flour. Cook the flour in the ghee for 5 minutes until it is cooked. Next, add a few nuts of your choice and half a spoon of cardamom powder. Again cook for 3-5 minutes. Lastly, add the jaggery water to the mixture and stir well.

Serve hot after you garnish your healthy halwa with some melon seeds!
