Chickpeas -1 cup (overnight soaked)
- Salt - as per taste
- water as required
- garlic: 7-8
- jeera powder-1 tsp
- juice of half lemon
- tahini sauce ( ground sesamee seeds+ salt + olive oil until creamy texture)
- olive oil: 2-3 tbsp
- paprika powder to garnish
- coriander leaves to garnish
