Recently, a content curator Neha Deepak Shah shared a simple recipe for maggi masala.
To make this start by adding salt and sugar to a bowl. Then add coriander seeds powder, cumin powder, haldi, mango powder, methi seed powder, nutmeg powder, dry ginger powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, garam masala, and a pinch of saunf (fennel) powder.
Mix all the spices together and your maggi masala is ready! You can store this masala in a airtight box for about 2-3 months.
