When it comes to fitness and diet. Masaba Gupta never fails to impress. From her Jennifer Aniston salad to 'no-sugar' challenge, the designer and actor always encourages her followers to be fit and healthy.
Recently, she shared a yummy and healthy kala chana and green moong chilla loaded with nutrients and energy and as per Ayurveda- kala chana balances all 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta and kapha).
After sharing a picture of chilla, she also shared the recipe for this healthy breakfast on popular demand by her followers.
- Soak kala chana and green moong sprouts for overnight
- Blend them to form a thick mixture
- Mix onion, coriander, chilli flakes, a small teaspoon of besan, 1 teaspoon of rice flour and salt.
- Add all the ingredients with little water to bind.
- Now, put some ghee on the pan
- When it heats put a spoonful or two of the batter and smoothen it out like a chilla.
- When it gets cooked on one side flip to the other side
- Serve it hot with any chutney or curd
Masaba swears by this healthy breakfast which is full of nutrients and healthy pulses.
