To make these delicious laddoos you need
Peanuts (skinless) – 1 cup
Ghee – ¾ cup
Singhara Atta – 1cup
Coconut Desiccated (dried) – ½ cup
Breakfast sugar – 1cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Dry fruits chopped – handful
Melon seeds – handful
Start by dry roasting some skinless peanuts. Next, heat some ghee in a pan and add 1 cup Singhara Atta. Mix well. To this mixture add grounded peanuts and give it a good mix. Cook well and let it cool down on a plate. Add desiccated coconut, dry fruits and 1 cup of breakfast sugar to it and mix well. Form laddoos with the mixture and cover it with desiccated coconut for the ultimate taste.
