Perfect summer drink: Ditch boring milkshakes, try this coconut mango punch for a refreshing experience

Temperature across India is soaring and the authorities have issued a heatwave warning. During this sweltering heat, we bet you are looking for a drink that satiates and cools your soul. If you are bored of regular milkshakes, we have the perfect recipe.

This mango coconut punch is what you need after returning home from a tiring and sweaty day at work or school.

Make coconut mango punch at home

To make this drink you need, coconut water – 2 cups, coconut Cream – 1 cup, mango pulp – 2 cups, cashews (soaked) – 15 pieces, jaggery powder – ¼ cup, fresh mint - 1 teaspoon.

For the topping you need

4 pieces chopped cashews, 4 pieces chopped almonds, 2 tbsp coconut cream and water.

To make Mango Coconut Punch, add mango pulp, coconut cream, soaked cashews, jaggery powder and coconut water in a mixer jar and blend well until smooth. Pour this mixture into a coconut shell or a serving glass and garnish with chopped cashews, almonds and coconut cream. Your delicious coconut mango punch is now ready to enjoy. Make sure to have it chilled!
