The festive season is upon us and no celebration is complete without sweets! Recently, an influencer who lost 7 kgs in two months shared a low-calorie easy recipe for those with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • Mash 3 sweet ripe bananas
  • Add 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • Add 150g of flour
  • Add 200g of silken tofu
  • Add 100 g of melted dark chocolate
  • Optional: Protein powder

Recipe to make banana cake 

To make this simple recipe, mash 3 ripe sweet bananas and add 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 150 grams of flour, 200 grams of silken tofu, 100 grams of melted dark chocolate, and protein powder if desired. Mix all the ingredients together, then pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Your healthy and delicious cake is ready!
