Recently, an interview of  Janhvi Kapoor has gone viral on Instagram, where she swears on a low-carb moong dal chilla.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup moong dal
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3-4 garlic
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • Salt to taste

Recipe to make moong dal chilla 

To make this, soak moong dal for 2 hours, then blend the dal with ginger, garlic, and green chillies along with a splash of water. Now, in the blended batter, add spices like chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and salt to taste. Prepare a chilla on a frying pan and enjoy it with chutney or vegetables. This moong dal chilla is the best breakfast option to start your morning with.
