While cooking cauliflower, most of us tend to discard the leaves and only use the florets. However, according to Nutritionist, it is safe to consume the leaves too.
Expert Juhi Kapoor, recently shared a reel on Instagram where she suggested that one should definitely consume cauliflower leaves as they are healthy and one of the best sources of iron.
The leaves can be added to any vegetable or in curries as a main ingredient. One can also use it in sandwiches, burgers, salads and dough stuffing.
As per the Nutritionist, cauliflower leaves help prevent constipation and boost immunity.
