Health benefits of herbal teas: 

Ginger tea 

Ginger tea is not only beneficial for cough and bad throat, but it is also helpful in symptoms like vomiting, nervousness and motion sickness. 

Lemongrass tea

Lemongrass tea is known to control blood sugar levels. To make this tea add some lemongrass stalks and a little ginger in boiling water. Boil well, strain and drink. 

Tulsi tea

Tulsi tea controls asthma and increases immunity and can be consumed any time of the day. Boil 5-6 tulsi leaves in water for 8-10 minutes, then strain it and drink. 

Hibiscus tea

Hibiscus tea is made up of hibiscus flowers. Drinking this tea relaxes muscles and the uterus which provides relief from menstrual cramps.
