Nothing can beat the benefits of saffron which contains essential minerals. Ayurvedic experts suggest that drinking saffron (Kesar) water on an empty stomach every morning has numerous health benefits.  

Benefits of drinking saffron water  

Works better than caffeine-  For caffeine addicts, saffron water is a great option to start your day as it is a much healthier option.

Healthy skin- Drinking saffron water every morning makes your skin healthy.

Improves hair quality- You will notice a gradual change in your hair texture and thickness if you drink saffron water regularly.

Heavy periods - If you usually get shorter and painful periods, drinking saffron water might help lessen the pain and balance the flow.

How to prepare saffron water  

Boil cinnamon, saffron and cardamom in water for five minutes on a low flame. Strain it and let it settle for 3-4 minutes. Now, add honey and it's ready to be served.
