During the scorching summer heat, our bodies require extra care and attention. In this season, foot odour becomes a common discomfort which may lower our confidence. 

To get rid of this bad foot odour, start wearing open footwear like sandals which allow the feet to breathe and reduce the sweat accumulation. If you wear socks with shoes remember to change your socks daily and wash them properly. Make sure to wash your feet properly after outdoor activities, especially between your toes. Also, inspect the spaces between the toes for signs of fungal infections. 

Tips to remove body odour 

  • Shower daily with antibacterial soap.
  • Use antiperspirant or deodorant.
  • Wear breathable fabrics like cotton.
  • Stay hydrated to reduce sweat.
  • Apply baking soda to absorb odors.
  • Use tea tree oil as a natural deodorizer.
  • Maintain a healthy diet, avoiding spicy foods.
  • Keep underarms and groin area dry.
  • Use apple cider vinegar as a natural remedy.
