During the scorching summer heat, our bodies require extra care and attention. In this season, foot odour becomes a common discomfort which may lower our confidence.
To get rid of this bad foot odour, start wearing open footwear like sandals which allow the feet to breathe and reduce the sweat accumulation. If you wear socks with shoes remember to change your socks daily and wash them properly. Make sure to wash your feet properly after outdoor activities, especially between your toes. Also, inspect the spaces between the toes for signs of fungal infections.
