When elders ask us to sit and drink water, we hardly pay heed to it. But it looks like that's actually the correct way of drinking water.
Recently, celebrity yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani shared a video on Instagram where she suggests that drinking water while standing may cause indigestion, heartburn and also trigger arthritis.
According to her the correct way of drinking water is while sitting with our back straight which helps in improving brain activity and in tackling indigestion and bloating.
She also shared that drinking water in a copper vessel is quite benefical as the cooling properties of copper detoxifies our body and boosts immune system.
