Man gets fired for being unsocial; makes employer pay him back

Do you also socialise with your colleagues and boss just so that you don't offend them? Well there's someone else just like you who got fired for being unsocial.

A man working at a French company, Cubik Partners, was sacked for being boring and not attending office parties and team-building activities. The employer claimed that the man was a poor listener and difficult to work with.

After getting fired, he filed a case against his employer and made them pay him £ 2,574 i.e. Rs 2.54 lakhs.
