Report says 88% young Indians are looking for a job change in 2023

With job insecurity and mass layoffs in companies, making headlines every other day, a recent report showing 88 per cent of young employees in India planning job change this year, is crucial.  

The survey was conducted by LinkedIn which shows that in India hiring level dropped by 23% in December 2022 as compared to the year before. Every 4 out of 5 people are looking for new roles especially people in the age group of 18-24. On the other hand, 64% of people belonging to the age group of 45-54 are looking for a change.
