Homemade ice cream in summer is the epitome of delightfully indulgent refreshment. As the temperatures rise, there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of crafting your own creamy concoction to cool down and savour under the sun.
Tis the season for ice creams. This summer try Kiara Advani's favourite dark chocolate ice cream.
Ingredients
Begin with soaking some almonds, cashews and dates for 20-30 minutes. Then, put the soaked nuts into the grinder with 3 spoons of cocoa powder and a frozen banana along with some vanilla essence and blend them all together.
Now, pour the mixture into a container and sprinkle some chopped dark chocolate on top. Freeze it well and enjoy.
