Whether you’re an aisle person or a window person, it's important to consider your safety first.
According to a survey conducted by the American magazine TIME, the middle seats at the back of the plane are the safest with the lowest fatality rate; 28 per cent followed by the aisle seats in the middle of the plane; 44 per cent.
As per the research, seats at the back of the airplane are close to exit rows and are also far away from the fuel storage that keeps you safe at the time of collisions.
The findings were concluded after examining 35 years of aircraft accident data.
