Looking to set foot in Goa, Mamata Banerjee launches sharp attack at the Centre

Launching an attack at the Centre while addressing TMC workers in Goa, Mamata Banerjee declared in Konkani that 'Dilli's dadagiri' had to be stopped.

She said while BJP often accuses her of being anti-Hindu, but questioned who are they to give her a character certificate. She also said that she will die but would never divide the country.

She also raised questions over Congress and said that it contested for the last 60 years but did nothing and let the BJP come to power.

Meanwhile, tennis star Leander Paes and Bollywood actress Nafisa Ali joined the Trinamool Congress Party in the presence of Mamata.

She also proclaimed that TMC stands for Temple, Mosque, Church as Paes and Ali joined the party in Goa.

Former Goa CM and Congress leader Luizinho Faleiro had joined TMC earlier this month.
