Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, paneer is a hot favourite on every dining table. There are many ways to cook paneer but if you’ve ever fried a block only to end up with rubbery paneer, you’re not alone.
Luckily, chef Saransh Goila is back with another food hack and this time it's a nifty way to make soft and succulent fried paneer at home!

Crediting his mother for the hack, chef Goila says you can start by deep frying the paneer pieces until they turn golden brown. As soon as you’re done frying, soak your paneer in warm salted water. Keep the fried paneer soaked for about 10 minutes and then gently squeeze them to release excess water.
Voila! There you go, your juicy, spongy fried paneer is ready for curries, rice, soups or just about anything else!
