Former Indian cricketer Farokh engineer revealed that he faced racism, when he moved to England in 1966. While speaking to The Indian Express, Engineer extended his support to the England Cricket Board's decision of suspending Ollie Robinson for a decade-old racist Tweet. However, he did not approve of UK PM Boris Johnson calling the English Board's decision, 'over the top'

About his own experience when he joined Lancashire for County cricket, the 83-year-old veteran cricketer recalled that though he did not face any personal attack, the racist comments came mostly because he was from India. It had to do with making fun of my accent, he added.

However, Engineer said it did not last long, as he made sure to, 'give it back to them straightaway'
