'Magizhini' wins hearts, #FirstTamilLGBTQSong trends online

Fans are all praise for this trailblazer Tamil film which is demolishing stereotypes one song at a time. 'Magizhini', an upcoming film directed by VG Balasubramanian, is creating waves with the industry's first ever LGBTQ track.

The star crossed lovers in the song 'Maghizhini' are young Tamil actresses Gouri Kishan and Anagha. The music video has gone viral, with the Internet collectively applauding the cast & crew for the progressive step.

Earlier, filmmaker Pa Ranjith had also shared the video which chronicles the love story of a lesbian couple. He wrote, "Art of LOVE Presenting the music video of #Magizhini, a unique Saregama Tamil Original song ft. @Gourayy& @AnaghaOfficial."

The man behind the beautiful song is VG Balasubramanian, who wrote and directed the masterpiece. Madhan Karky wrote the lyrics for the song, which was released by Saregama Originals.

The story of 'Magizhini' revolves around two adolescents, who fall in love with each other over time. Facing opposition from their parents, they pair up for Bharatnatyam classes, which sparks the beginning of a very delicate romance. Both dancers, their craft is as fluid depicts the flutters of their heart.
