Microsoft has detailed the full specs and capabilities of its upcoming Xbox Series X gaming console, and it includes support for removal storage, much faster load times and Quick Resume ability, allowing users to resume multiple games instantly. It comes with a custom AMD Zen 2 CPU and RDNA 2 GPU based on a 7nm process and includes 16GB of GDDR6 RAM with a 1TB custom NVME SSD storage drive. The Xbox Series X allows games to run at 4K at 60fps and up to 120fps, and even 8K, in some instances. Microsoft said that the new console will feature ray tracing technology for enhanced lighting, shadows, and reflections. The Xbox Series X is slated to launch in late 2020.
