Modi blitz in Bengal: PM to hold more than a dozen rallies

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to go on a mega campaign trail as five states go to polls at the end of this month.

The prime minister is expected to hold 2 rallies before each of the 8 phases in West Bengal, the Hindustan Times has reported. The first rally will be held in Kolkata on March 7.

He is also expected to hold six rallies in Assam, which will vote in 3 phases, and Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Assembly elections in the three southern states will be held in a single phase on April 6.
