A Mumbai court has sent Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and 6 others have been sent to 14 days in judicial custody in the Mumbai drugs on cruise case.
The court says the case will now be heard by a special NDPS court. The court will hear the bail plea of Aryan Khan on Friday morning and has asked the NCB to file their reply by then.

The NCB had sought further custody of the star kid along with seven others, saying they are still conducting raids and anyone arrested in the raids would be needed to be confronted with the accused.

Aryan Khan's lawyers had argued in court that NCB custody was unnecessary, and Aryan can’t be held hostage, since no narcotics were recovered from him, but the court dismissed their appeal.
