The Mumbai special court has once again rejected Aryan Khan’s bail plea along with those of Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

Aryan Khan and 7 others were arrested from the Mumbai cruise drugs case on October 3.

Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has already spent 18 days in jail. He is currently lodged in the Arthur Road prison.

Aryan Khan along with 7 others, including Arbaaz Merchant, were arrested by the NCB after a raid on the Cordelia cruise ship.

The NCB in its arguments, claimed that Aryan Khan was in contact with members of an international drug racket, and a foreign national.

The NCB has cited a high court ruling in another case, saying that if an accused is shown to be in touch with drug dealers, bail cannot be granted even though there is no drug recovery.

In a counselling session in prison earlier this week, Aryan Khan has reportedly assured NCB officials that he would work for the welfare of the poor and never do anything that would damage his name in the future.
