NCB officer Sameer Wankhede in Delhi, denies being summoned

Sameer Wankhede, who is Narcotics' Control Bureau's lead offficer in the drugs case involving Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, is in Delhi amid the row over payback allegations and his war of words with Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Nawab Malik.

Wankhede denied being summoned to Delhi by any agency for a probe and said that he was in the capital for some work.

He also told the media that he stands by his probe into the drugs case against Aryan Khan. 

The NCB Zonal Director has been accused of receiving paybacks in the case by a witness, who has now been declared hostile. 

He has also been accused of making a fake case by NCP leader Nawab Malik
