NEET PG 2021 postponed, new exam date to be decided later

In a decision that is bound to be a relief for many, the Centre has decided to postpone the NEET PG 2021 exam which was scheduled to be held on April 18. The final NEET exam date will be decided later.
The announcement was made on Twitter by Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan, after the CBSE board exams were postponed for class 12 and cancelled for class 10 on Wednesday. In a tweet, he wrote, the decision has been taken keeping the well-being of medical students in mind.
The alarming spike in Covid-19 cases across India has led to 11 states shutting down their schools and declaring curfews and lockdowns to varying effects.
