Next 100 days crucial, Health Ministry said amid Covid third wave fears

The Union Healthy Ministry on Friday once again stressed on the warning about the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic which the World Health Organization has recently issued.

Chief of India's Covid task force, Dr VK Paul said during a scheduled press briefing that PM Modi has set his government an ambitious target to stop a potential third wave of COVID-19 cases in India before it even begins.

Dr Paul said during the press briefing of the Union health ministry that population in India is still vulnerable and has not yet reached herd immunity, adding that the next 100 days will be crucial
