LJP chief Chief Paswan has been credited with reducing JD(U) to junior partner in Bihar NDA by eating into its votes in the Assembly polls. But Chief Minister Nitish Kumar extracted his sweet revenge on Paswan this week, when LJP’s single MLA, Raj Kumar Singh joined JD(U). The LJP now has no member in either state Legislative Council or the Assembly. LJP had walked out of NDA in Bihar before the state elections and had put up candidates against all 110 seats JD(U) contested.
